History :

Shardul Securities Limited is a Flagship Company of the Shriyam Group promoted by an young team of Chartered Accountants with immense experience in the Finance Industry. The Company was promoted with the view to catering to the financial requirements of manufacturing and servicing industry by way of lease finance. However, due to change in policies the focus of the company shifted to investment banking activities and the company is presently engaged in investment in Equity / Debt / Merchant Banking / IPO Funding / Advisory Services and Broking Activities. To cater and excel in these key areas the Group has also floated the following companies :

        a.  Shiryam Broking Intermediary Limited - for Broking and Merchant Banking activities,

             as wholly owned Subsidiary of Shardul Securities Limited.

        b.  Shardul Commodities International Limited - for Broking and Trading in Commodities

             as wholly owned subsidiary of Shardul Securities Limited.

The company is also registered as NBFC with RBI besides being listed on the BSE. The company is managed and governed by Board of Directors consisting of Eminent Bankers, Professionals and Chartered Accountants drawn from various Industries. The Chairman of the Board is Mr. Devesh D. Chaturvedi, a Chartered Accountant by profession and also an experienced finance professional.

The Company’s mission is to increase its shareholders value with a disciplined growth without sacrificing its corporate goals of achieving excellence and leadership in investment banking activities.

Clientele :

The list of clientele of the group companies is large and wide spread which includes commercial and cooperative banks, Mutual Funds, Financial Institutions, Corporates of repute, High net worth Individuals, Foreign Institutional Investors, Insurance Companies and select associates.

Infrastructure :

The Company is housed in the main business district of Mumbai which is also the hub of  the financial activities. A spacious office equipped with state of the art facilities in terms of Telecommunication, Hotlines, VSAT, and Conference facilities provide easy and meaningful access to all our clientele for availing for or rendering any of the above said Services. The Company has Branches in Delhi, Bangalore, Ahmedabad and Pune.

Personnel :

Mr. Devesh D. Chaturvedi, B.Com, FCA, MBA (Harvard) is the chairman and leads a team of young and dynamic professionals.

Mr. R. Sundaresan, MSc, MBA, CAIIB is an experienced banker and heads the team as the Executive Director.

Mr.Saurabh Chaturvedi, B.Com , ACA a Chartered Accountant is the CFO of the Company.

Ms.Monika Agarwal, B.Com, LLB, ACS is the Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company
